SPP ACTIVE "4-inch" Total Fluid Pumps are most commonly used for leachate and contaminated groundwater extraction from 100 mm or larger diameter boreholes and sumps. Pumps are 89 mm in diameter.

The main features of the SPP ACTIVE range are quality and simplicity. SPP pumps are manufactured from 304 Stainless Steel. They work without any bubblers, external controller or bleeders, utilising a simple twin valve control within the pump to regulate air pressure, fluid collection and discharge. These are probably the most efficient and sustainable pumps on the market - they conserve energy and air supply by automatically cutting off when fluid levels fall below the intake position.

Mini Bottom Loading SPP4 ACTIVE Total Fluid Pumps

The bottom loading 80 mm diameter SPP4 mini ACTIVE pump provides higher capacity pumping from larger diameter extraction wells at depths of up to 60 metres and with a head lift of over 40 metres. The main purpose of the shorter body length is to match lower leachate control levels required at some landfill sites. Flow Rate: up to 1800 litre per hour Head Control: 0.3 metre Cylinder capacity: 1.5 litre per cycle (approx) Air/Water Ratio: 4 m³/hr for 1 m³/hr of water at 6 bar Max Air Consumption: 7.2 m³/hr at 6 bar

SAC-1 Pump Control Unit

The SAC-1 Pump Control Unit allows pumps to be indiviudally controlled at the well head. These units include an air filter with a semi-automatic condensate drain, an air pressure regulator with valve to control or isolate the air supply to the pump. Fluid discharges can be measured using a volume flow meter or isolated with a valve. Both the air regulator and volume flow meter are housed in a standard weatherproof housing.
