  Easy Load II Peristaltic Pump

The Easy Load II peristaltic groundwater pump is a compact and rugged field device . The pump comes with an exceptionally simple to use "Easy Load" tubing clamp allowing tubing to be changed in seconds with a simple lever without any tools or the need to dismantle the pump housing. An optional rechargeable battery and field case are available separately or as a part of a ready to go field kit.



The Easy Load II is ideal for low flow groundwater sampling where the water level is within 8 metres of ground surface and for all surface water sources.

The Easy Load II is designed for vacuum pumping of liquids. The pump operates by mechanically squeezing of tubing (peristalsis), so the sample only contacts the inside of the tubing without cross-contaminating any other parts of the pump. This allows for consistent sample integrity as well as easy cleaning and replacement.

Small Diameter 10mm (3/8 inch) Silicone Tubing and Accessories

Use our standard 3/8 inch (9.5mm OD x 4.8mm ID) high quality platinum cured silicone tubing for sampling from narrower tubes or for low flow applications. Use a short length of silicone (e.g. 30cm) for use in the peristaltic pump and connect to a drop tube for sampling from the borehole. 6mm OD HDPE tubing is used as a drop tube and is push-fitted inside the silicone tube. This enables water or vapour samples to be drawn from greater depths - as long as the water level in the monitoring borehole remains within suction limit (~8m). Tubing clamps are recommended to tighten the tubing contact point to maintain suction efficiency.
