To achieve the narrow diameter, this pump is sealed within a coaxial Teflon tubing. The Micro Double Valve pump is ideal for use in narrow piezometers, CMT and Waterloo Multilevel System.

The Micro DVP is ideal for low flow sampling and narrow down-hole applications. Flow rates of 20 to 150 ml/min, are obtained, with very small associated purge volumes from within the narrow applications.

The maximum pump length available is 73m. Pumps can be made to measure - just order the closest standard length and specify your requirements.

Electronic Pump Control Units

The Solinst Electronic Control Unit model 466 controls the supply of compressed gas to pneumatic pumps. The sampling rates may be selected to ensure a representative low-flow sample at 100 ml/min or less, or higher flow rates for purging may also be chosen. The Control Unit comes with an In-Line Oil/Moisture Filter to remove any oil and vapor, moisture and particulates down to 0.03 microns. The Control Unit uses 8 AA batteries, that can be easily replaced in the field, allowing continuous operation for up to 30 hours The Electronic Control Unit is available in 160 psi and 250 psi models depending on pump depth and can be used with new or existing pumps. If required we can also provide a manual control unit suitable for use where intrinsic safety is a concern.

Electronic Pump Control Unit 464 (125 psi)

The Model 464 Electronic Control Unit uses 4 AA batteries and provides 125 psi output. It is fully automatic with preset sample modes from low through high flow settings. In addition, up to 99 unique user-created flow rates can be saved in FRAM memory. The Controller can also be operated manually, which means that even if your batteries run out while you are in the field, you can still obtain a groundwater sample with your compressed air source. The 464 Controller allows faster purge rates and precise low flow control to ensure a representative sample at 100 ml/min or less when sampling for VOCs. For higher pumping pressures, use the Model 466 Pump Contrl Unit which gives up to 250 psi output.

The Model 466 Pump Control Unit gives up to 250 psi output. Quick-connect fittings allow instant attachment to dedicated well caps, portable reel units and to an air compressor or compressed gas source. 12v Air Compressor

The 12/24v Koala compressor is an excellent portable and light weight (11kg) compressor. The included crocodile clip connectors allow the user run the compressor directly from a 12v battery or vehicle battery. The unit provides 116psi / 8 bar air source at up to 100 l/min from a 5L air tank.

Petrol Compressor

The Robin Compressor is one of the smallest Petrol compressors available. This unit has been selected due its compact size and weight of 28kg. The unit provides 145psi / 10 bar air source at up to 380 l/min from a 7L air tank.
