Affordable Titanium Data Logger
The Rugged TROLL® 200 instrument is designed for long- and short-term groundwater and surface-water monitoring. This non-vented (absolute) instrument monitors and records changes in water level, pressure and temperature.

Rugged TROLL 200

The Rugged TROLL 200 can be used in the same way as a Rugged TROLL 100 with the added benefit of use with Rugged TROLL Direct Read cable for real-time data access. Choose from 3 pressure ratings, equivalent to a maximum of 9m, 30m or 76m water depth. A Rugged TROLL communications device (USB or RS232) is used to connect to the end of Rugged TROLL® Direct-read cable where used. For barometric compensation a Rugged BaroTROLL is required. For standalone use, suspend from inexpensive stainless steel wire or kevlar cord . A docking station can be used to program and download data.

Rugged BaroTROLL

Use the economical, titanium Rugged BaroTROLL with either the Rugged TROLL 100 or 200 instrument for barometric compensation of data. Use Win-Situ Baro Merge software (provided free of charge) to simplify post-correction of water level data.

Rugged TROLL 200 Direct Read Communication Device

The Rugged TROLL Com device enables the programming and data download from the Rugged TROLL 200 or Rugged BaroTROLL connected to a Direct Read cable. The Rugged TROLL Com is available in USB and RS232 versions for connection to a PC, and the RS232 version can also be used with the RuggedReader handheld PDA.
