At the highest setting, the new Peristaltic Pump can output an impressive 3.5 L/min. The Pump has been designed to be compact and lightweight, ideal for field use, sampling from narrow tubes or shallow wells (where water level is less than 8.5m below ground level) and surface water, or vapour sampling. The variable speed, reversible pump has alligator clips for use with a 12V DC battery.

The Solinst Integra Bladder Pump enables consistent high quality groundwater sampling in all types of applications. It offers excellent performance and reliability. The Integra is designed to meet the most rigorous standards (including US EPA) for low flow groundwater sampling.

The Solinst Integra Bladder Pump is designed to operate in 50mm diameter or wider boreholes to depths of up to 150m with the 1" model or 80m with the 1.66" model. Pumping can be carried out in non-vertical wells. Suitable for pumping contaminated liquids with high solids content, including solvents and corrosive chemicals.

The Teflon bladder has a 10 year warranty and ensures that drive air / gas does not contact the sample. All components are easy to disassemble for thorough decontamination. Solinst Integra Bladder Pumps have self-clearing valves and bladder. The zero submergence capability allows complete emptying of boreholes. The system is unique in that it can be easily converted into a gas drive Double Valve Pump. A PVC bladder pump is also available which is more economical and excellent for sampling dissolved metals.

The pump operates at almost any angle and can be placed under landfills, tailings, storage tanks or within contaminant plumes. Its rugged construction ensures reliable, consistent sampling even from low yield boreholes and liquids containing high solids, strong solvents or corrosive chemicals. Portable or dedicated versions are available together with a wide range of accessories including an automatic controller, oil-less air compressor, flow through cell and Teflon lined tubing.

The Solinst Double Valve Pump is capable of producing consistently high quality groundwater samples from narrow diameter boreholes from depths up to 600 m. Pumps can be operated in non-vertical installations. By careful adjustment of the vent/pressure cycle time, samples can be collected without gas touching the sample. The system is suitable for pumping most types of product and contaminated liquids.

10mm Micro Double Valve Pumps and Accessories

The 10mm diameter Micro DVP is ideal for low flow sampling and for sampling from narrow down-hole tubing including for use with the CMT and Waterloo multilevel systems.

Flow rates of 20 to 150 ml/min, are possible, with very small associated purge volumes from within the narrow applications. The Micro DVP is durable and easy to operate using the pre-sets and fine tubing capabilities built into the Solinst Model 466 Electronic Control Unit.

Pump Control Unit

The requirement of all bladder and gas drive pumps to have time-adjusted drive and vent cycles is greatly simplified due to the tested preset modes used in the Electronic Control Unit. First time users can have their pump operating efficiently in minutes. Easy operation of timers and pressure allow more experienced users to fine tune samplings with minimal adjustment.

The Solinst Electronic Control Unit controls the supply of compressed gas to pneumatic pumps. The Control Unit uses 8 AA batteries, that can be easily replaced in the field, allowing continuous operation for up to 30 hours. Simple, preset sample modes allow easy selection of the desired sample rate. The sampling rates may be selected to ensure a representative low-flow sample at 100 ml/min or less, or higher flow rates for purging may also be chosen. Pumping drive/vent cycles are easily controlled manually. The Control Unit comes with an In-Line Oil/Moisture Filter. The filter is a low cost, replaceable type rated at 5 scfm at 100 psi. The particulate filter media combined within the unit removes all oil and vapor, moisture and particulates down to 0.03 microns. The filter does not need to be kept vertical during operation. It has a 1/4" NPT male connector. The Control Unit offers specially selected tubing designed for high pressure capabilities, abrasion-resistance, flexibility and includes an angled fitting for the wellhead connection, providing ease of operation. The Electronic Control Unit is available in 160 psi and 250 psi, suitable for use with new or existing pumps.

Air Compressors

The 3HP Nardi Compressor is powered by a Honda Engine and includes the latest 2 cylinder, V-pump technology. It comes complete with a pressure regulator. The tank size is 7 litres with a displacement of 380 l/min and 10 bar pressure rating. The unit weighs 28Kg and has dimensions of 43 x 40 x 47 cm.

The 12/24V DC Compressor is compact and lightweight and comes with a 5 litre tank. The displacement is up to 100 l/min with an 8 bar pressure rating. The unit weighs 11Kg and has dimensions of 40 x 15.5 x 42 cm.
