Compact pH/ORP Meter

The HI-991003 is used in the Environmental Monitoring Kit and is waterproof (to IP67 standard) for field use. It is the first pH meter that can measure pH, pH-mV (to check the electrode status), ORP and temperature with only one probe. Since ORP measurements are strongly effected by pH levels, the ability to measure both ORP & pH ranges simultaneously significantly improves the accuracy and reliability of the instrument. With all other instruments you need to switch the pH electrode with an ORP electrode (or vise-versa) therefore, it is impossible to have both measurements at the same time. The unique Sensor Check feature allows the user to establish the status of the pH electrode before performing measurements. The Sensor Check feature consists of a pH-mV scale that shows the characteristics (slope and offset) of the sensor, allowing the user to determine if the electrode is in good condition. The meter is housed in a fully waterproof case with rubber keyboard. Temperature compensation and buffer recognition and pH calibration are automatic, whilst careful battery management provides up to 1,500 hours use from a set of standard AA batteries. Compact 4-in-1 pH/ EC/TDS/Temperature Meter
|
4-in-1 waterproof multi-parameter instrument for measuring pH, conductivity, TDS and temperature in one easy to use meter, utilising a single replaceable probe. This meter is available in two models with different EC ranges - select the meter which will work best with your range of conductivity, from purified to brackish waters. There are only 2 buttons, yet you can select from a range of calibration buffers and even the temperature scale (C or F) most familiar to you. The housing is waterproof and rated for IP 67 conditions. Other user selectable features include different TDS factors from 0.45 to 1.00, and a range of temperature coefficients from 0.0 to 2.4% for greater consistency and reproducibility. Also selectable are standardized buffer recognition values. The multi-parameter probe includes pH, EC/TDS and temperature in one convenient, rugged handle. To ensure against interference from transient electrical noise, a solid-state amplifier is integrated into the probe.
