The Waterra Business was founded by hydrogeologists David Charlesworth and Peter Dumble in 1991. With the acquisition by In-Situ Inc. in 2011, Peter has stepped into his favoured role as full-time Technical Director to use his technical expertise to help expand In-Situ Inc.'s training programs for the combined organisation.
The appointment of Jon Trelfa as the new Managing Director will enable John's background in sales, marketing and management leadership in technical organisations to extend Waterra's leading position in Groundwater Monitoring to new sectors and champion its growing product portfolio to new audiences.
Our Products have been carefully selected from leading equipment manufacturers around the world including In-Situ, Silex, Hanna and a number of other specialist sources. We also have our own branded range of equipment.
Our Expertise is used to drive the services we offer and to help our customers choose and use the most appropriate equipment for the job.
Waterra Standards We are currently the only groundwater equipment business in the UK and Ireland to have been awarded ISO 14001 accreditation for our Environmental Management Systems.
