The PowerPack PP1 is a light-weight, petrol (gasoline) powered mechanical actuator designed for use with Waterra inertial pumps. Manually operated inertial pumps, consisting of a foot valve and tubing, are used worldwide for sampling groundwater from monitoring boreholes. They are simple to use, reliable, low cost pumps. Combine these attributes with the mechanical power of the PowerPack, and you have one of the most portable and efficient borehole sampling systems available anywhere in the world. The addition of a single PowerPack PP1 in conjunction with dedicated inertial pumps makes for easier purging and sampling of groundwater, particularly when pumping from greater depths or for extended periods of pumping.   |
